Now the hard work begins

Our first steps have been to review the agreed project plan and agree roles and responsibilities. Caroline Sansome has agreed to work alongside Liz Millman to take up the roles of joint project managers.
The project team have also been preparing resources for Community Research Volunteers to use, getting them translated and posted on this bilingual website: www.welshplains.cymru
We have made the Welsh site accessible through this site, so we just have one domain name. We are please with how it looks so far, but welcome comments and ideas.
The second step is to prepare for the offer of a project stand at 'Wonderwool Wales' at the Royal Welsh Showground, so we are preparing display materials to attract the first Community Research Volunteers to take up the offer of training to enable them to get started using the resources to explore the local history in their area.
Sheep will never look the same again!
